When will my order ship?
We ship all order within 1-3 business days (weekends not included) unless stated otherwise in the listing description.
Do you accept returns, cancellations or exchanges?

My order arrived damaged, can you help?
Absolutely! We will ship you a replacement, but only if you contact us within 3 days of your package being delivered and provide us with photos of the damaged items and shipping/packing materials used when we shipped your order.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend you purchase the extended "route" insurance on every US order to to insure you are protected by them.
